In the intake session, we define short-term goals, requirements and scope, followed by a collaborative workshop to brainstorm and sketch ideas.

From there, I lead discovery research to ensure alignment with user needs, sharing findings that refine our approach. I work iteratively and with a fail-fast mindset, creating wireframes and prototypes to gather feedback quickly and make informed adjustments. After finalizing functional and visual specs, I support development handoff, ensuring the solution meets user needs, business goals and accessibility standards.
